Overview and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of OvTracker, including the Android app and the OvTracker account-management website. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using OvTracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
OvTracker is an ad-supported ovulation and menstrual-cycle tracking app. It lets you record cycle information and view estimated period, fertile-window, and ovulation dates. Some features work without an account; optional sign-in enables cloud backup, restoration, and synchronization of supported data across devices.
Health information and estimates
OvTracker provides estimates based on information you enter. It does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee pregnancy, fertility, ovulation, or contraception outcomes. Do not rely on OvTracker as a method of birth control or as a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional about medical, fertility, pregnancy, or contraceptive questions.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the app's estimates, notifications, and information. Keep your device and, where applicable, account access secure.
Accounts, backup, and deletion
You may use OvTracker without an account. If you choose to sign in, the app offers Email/Password sign-in and Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. A signed-in account can be used to back up and restore your profile and cycle data through Firebase Firestore.
You can request deletion of your account in the app or through the
OvTracker account-management page. When completed, account
deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and the associated Firestore
users and cycles documents. Recent sign-in may be required.
Account deletion does not erase data already stored locally on a device; you can remove
that data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
OvTracker does not currently provide a separate request to delete some or all data while keeping an account. Feedback submissions are stored separately and are not automatically deleted with an account. See the Privacy Policy for the current data-handling and deletion details.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Subject to these terms, Inidam Leader grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use OvTracker for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law permits it.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or account controls, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights. The app, its branding, and associated intellectual-property rights remain the property of Inidam Leader or the applicable rights holder.
Advertising and third-party services
OvTracker is ad-supported. It uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required to manage available privacy choices and can use Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, AppLovin MAX, and Meta Audience Network. Vungle/Liftoff may be used when enabled by the live advertising mediation configuration. Advertising availability and processing can vary by region, device, consent status, and provider configuration.
OvTracker also uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Firebase Installations. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy documentation. The Privacy Policy identifies the relevant providers and explains the app's data practices and privacy choices.
Availability, updates, and changes
Some functions, including account, backup, advertising, consent, and configuration features, require an internet connection and may be unavailable because of device, network, provider, or service conditions. Your mobile-network provider may charge for data use, including roaming; you are responsible for those charges.
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features of OvTracker. Android and device requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using some features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or Android version.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
OvTracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inidam Leader disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inidam Leader is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, OvTracker. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Children
OvTracker is not intended for children under 13. The related handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of OvTracker after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
